General Delivery Information
Please see below for our approx. delivery times. This only applies to orders for stock items placed by 3pm. For items delivered directly from our suppliers please refer to the delivery information on the product page.
London & Home Counties: Next working day usually via our own drivers*
Rest of UK Mainland: 2-3 working days via third party courier
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Please enquire at time of order
Europe & International: Please enquire at time of order
*Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery of smaller orders. Whilst we endeavour to deliver most orders via our own drivers some may be via a third party courier.
To give you flexibility we do not impose a minimum order value therefore allowing you to order as little as you want.
However, to help reduce our carbon footprint, orders within UK Mainland under £50, excluding VAT, are subject to a small handling charge of £5.95. Orders for delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands may incur additional delivery costs so please enquire at time of order.
Please bear in mind the environmental consequences of packaging and delivering lots of small orders.
Non-Stock & Direct Delivery Items
Some of our products are non-stock and delivered directly to you from our suppliers as indicated on the product page. The delivery timescales shown are approximate and are subject to change so we advise you to confirm delivery timescales when placing your order. If ordered incorrectly these items are often non-returnable or incur a restocking charge so please ensure you are ordering the correct product(s) for your needs. If in doubt, we strongly recommend you check on the returns criteria of the product before placing your order.
All goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Please be aware that some products in this catalogue are non-returnable items.
Stock Items: Requests for return of stock items must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please note that a re-stocking charge may apply.
Non-Stock & Direct Delivery Items: Requests for return of non-stock & direct delivery items are in accordance with our suppliers’ terms and conditions. In most cases a re-stocking charge will apply and some products are non-returnable, so please take care to ensure you are ordering the correct product(s) for your needs. If in doubt, we strongly recommend you check on the returns criteria of the product before placing your order.

Furniture is often made to order and is therefore a non-returnable item and cancellation of an order may incur a charge. Lead times for orders placed between the middle of June and the end of September are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed, so please confirm at time of ordering. Standard delivery is to ground floor only. If you have any other requirements this must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
