Which delivery areas do you cover?
HBS provides a dedicated delivery service to London and the Home Counties usually by its own drivers with nationwide deliveries being fulfilled using UPS or a designated pallet service.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We provide a Next Day Delivery service on all stocked items ordered before 3pm for delivery within London and the Home Counties. Nationwide shipments are normally shipped within 48 hours. Some products are delivered directly from our suppliers and approximate delivery times are indicated on the product page in our catalogue or on our website. Is there a minimum order value or delivery charge?
To give you flexibility we do not impose a minimum order value therefore allowing you to order as little as you want. However, to help reduce our carbon footprint, orders under £50, excluding VAT, are subject to a small handling charge of £5.95. Please bear in mind the environmental consequences of packaging and delivering lots of small orders.
I have forgotten my user name and/or password. How do I reset it?

Can you source products which are not listed on the website?
We are regularly reviewing our product range. If you can’t find what you are looking for or there are specific products you require which are not shown online or in the catalogue, please contact HBS on 0800 980 0192 or email email@example.com
Can I use the site to place regular orders without inputting all the details each time?
Repeat or regular orders can be saved as specific order templates. You can then use these to add individual items or a batch of products to your basket. Alternatively, you can reorder from a list of your previous online orders.
Can employees set up orders for the management to approve at a later time?
The website has a comprehensive approval hierarchy which will enable your Administrator to add users, set approval limits, designate Approvers, set approval rules etc. This means that some people can submit orders for approval by Approvers or Administrators. Can I request a specific delivery day?
A specific delivery day can be requested at the Checkout. This is subject to the type of products ordered and their stock status as well as supplier lead times. We cannot specify delivery dates for products delivered directly from suppliers (including furniture).
Can I arrange for products to be delivered to an alternative address?
Alternative delivery addresses can be set up for your account, but must be registered to the business or establishment. We are unable to supply to residential addresses. Please contact HBS on 0800 980 0192 or email email@example.com should you have any questions.
How will I receive confirmation of my order?
A web order confirmation will be sent to you upon placing the order online. We will then send a further order confirmation to the default order confirmation email address on your account once your order has been released into our warehouse.
I ordered the wrong product, how do I cancel it?
Contact HBS on 0800 980 0192 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you become aware quoting your account number and PO number and we will endeavour to cancel it. On some direct items it is not possible to cancel the order without incurring a handling charge.
There was a problem with my delivered order, what do I do?
Contact HBS on 0800 980 0192 or email email@example.com quoting your account number and PO number and provide details of the issue and we will do all we can to assist. All shortages or damages should be reported within 3 days of delivery.
How do I return an unwanted product?
Contact HBS on 0800 980 0192 or email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your account number and PO number. All items must be complete, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Items that are sent direct cannot always be returned and will normally incur a handling charge at the discretion of the supplier. We will advise you of any charges when you make the request.
Can I return bespoke or special items produced specifically for me?
Special/bespoke items are made or sourced to order and cannot be returned.

Do you supply COSHH Sheets for your products?
COSHH Sheets are available for applicable products some of which can be downloaded online from their product page.
